Initially they provided a well and carefully reasoned appraisal of the property including sound advice in relation to possible methods of sale and appropriate promotional spend. Subsequently a written proposal was presented which expressed a willingness to negotiate what I considered to be very fair terms. They then prepared an informative and interesting information memorandum. Given the property was in four titles and included thirteen tenancies this was no small task and required exacting attention to detail.

The sale process itself was time consuming and far from straight forward. Throughout Andrew and Rob remained confident and enthusiastic. They provided regular and detailed reports and kept me informed of all developments. No stone was left unturned and the property undoubtedly received maximum exposure. I was also particularly grateful for the polite and sensitive interaction between agents and tenants. Not once during the sales process did I receive any expression of dissatisfaction or concern from any tenants notwithstanding that large numbers of people were shown the premises.

Ultimately I was thoroughly satisfied with the result achieved by Andrew and Rob. They have my warmest thanks and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective vendor of commercial property."

What was your first impression of NAI Harcourts?

NAI Harcourts is an emerging Brand in Australia and whilst it may not appear on the surface to be a competitor in the commercial realm just yet, it will be in the very near future a fierce competitor and one to be considered when considering placing a property on the market.

How do you compare the level of support offered by NAI Harcourts Head Office as opposed to other brands?

With all emerging brands the support needs to evolve with the growth. There has been a noticeable increase in effort placed on growth of the business since late last year and this has instilled a greater level of confidence moving forward in the brand.

What do you think of the training and business planning offered by NAI Harcourts?

This is an extremely important component of the business and I believe is vital. Since early this year the input has been improving and business planning once started has been a good starting point for the new businesses moving forward

When I was with my last company I noticed NAI Harcourts was picking up quite a presence in the market place and could not help feeling I wanted to be a part of the action going forward.

What was your first impression of NAI Harcourts? 

While the network was not big, I could see the systems and the distribution of carrier offices being Harcourts brand NAI had the chance to cover more provincial towns than any other brand in the country.

How will NAI Harcourts benefit your business moving forward?

Coming out of the GFC has been no easy feat, through sheer determination and hard work we have growth while we still have competitors falling away.

How do you compare the level of support offered by NAI Harcourts Head Office as opposed to other brands?

This is the best I have experienced in my 17 years in the industry, both Richard Leary and Michael Grainger are hands on guys who wish to see us succeed.

What do you think of the training and business planning offered by NAI Harcourts?

This year Hayden Duncan and Michael Grainger took the time to drive to Whangarei and spend half a day with me personally to help construct my business plan. For me this is unheard of, The CEO of the largest real estate company in New Zealand and the General Manager of NAI New Zealand came to my work place to help me. This involved more than 2 hours travel each way.

What is your favourite NAI Harcourts tool/service or product?

NAI Harcourts has the systems to back me up. I have two tools that I really like the first being the Harcourts One platform and the second the Key Assets publication.
